With a full-service operator, your job is mostly to choose a good spot. The operator handles the machine, the stock, the refills and the maintenance. ## Step 1: Decide where it should go Footfall matters more than anything. Good locations share a few traits: - People pass by regularly (lobbies, pantries, hostel blocks, waiting areas). - Demand exists outside regular shop or canteen hours. - A power point is nearby, with level floor space in front of the machine. - The spot is visible, so people remember the machine is there. Specific advice by type of space: [offices](https://justvend.in/web/office-vending-machine.html), [colleges and hostels](https://justvend.in/web/college-vending-machines.html), [hospitals](https://justvend.in/web/hospital-vending-machines.html), [gated communities](https://justvend.in/web/vending-machine-for-apartments.html). ## Step 2: Choose a smart, full-service operator Look for an operator that offers: - **Smart machines** with UPI and other cashless payments. - **Real-time monitoring**, so empty slots and faults are spotted remotely. - **Data-driven refills** instead of a fixed schedule. - **A local warehouse** in your city for reliable restocking. - **Support** for your users if something goes wrong. ## Step 3: Share your requirements Tell the operator about your space: the type of location, roughly how many people are there and when, and where you’d like the machine. With JustVend, you can do this through the [contact form](https://justvend.in/web/contact.html?type=Partnership%20Inquiry), by emailing partnerships@justvend.in or by calling +91 95699 92107. We respond within 24 hours. ## Step 4: Installation and setup The operator installs the machine, connects it and loads the first product mix chosen for your location. ## Step 5: The machine learns From day one, every sale is recorded. JustVend’s AI uses this to predict demand by location, season and time of day, and the mix in each machine’s 50 slots adjusts to what your people actually buy. ## Step 6: Ongoing operations Every JustVend store is connected 24/7 to a central dashboard with real-time inventory tracking, predictive maintenance alerts, remote monitoring and diagnostics, and automated refill notifications. Our operations team restocks from local warehouses. ## Where JustVend can install JustVend is present pan-India, with warehouses live in Bengaluru (Bangalore), Pune, Noida, Delhi, Ghaziabad, Ahmedabad, Visakhapatnam (Vizag), Hyderabad, Chandigarh and Chennai.
