1. Introduction and Definitions:

Welcome to JustVend! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the JustVend website and mobile application (collectively referred to as the "Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to comply with these Terms. "JustVend," "we," "us," or "our" refers to JustVend and its affiliates.

2. License to Use:

• JustVend grants users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal or business purposes.
• This license does not permit any resale or commercial use of the Platform.

3. Acceptable Uses:

• Users agree to use the Platform in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Any unauthorized use of the Platform, including but not limited to, unauthorized access or interference, is prohibited.

4. Prohibited Behaviors:

• Users are prohibited from engaging in behaviors that may disrupt the functionality of the Platform or infringe upon the rights of others.
• Prohibited behaviors include but are not limited to, hacking, data mining, or transmitting viruses.

5. Termination and Account Suspension:

JustVend reserves the right to terminate or suspend user accounts at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms or for any other reason deemed necessary.

6. Intellectual Property Protection:

• All content and materials on the Platform, including trademarks, logos, text, graphics, and software, are the intellectual property of JustVend.
• Users may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without prior consent.

7. User-Generated Content:

• Users retain ownership of any content they submit to the Platform.
• By submitting content, users grant JustVend a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and reproduce such content for the purpose of providing and promoting the Platform.

8. Payment Clauses:

• Payment for products or services on the Platform is subject to JustVend's payment terms and conditions.
• Orders are reserved for 15 minutes after payment. If orders are not collected within this time frame, they will be automatically canceled, and a 90% refund will be initiated to the source account.

9. Refund Policy:

• Refunds are available for orders where issues are reported within 5 days from the date of purchase.
• Refunds will not be considered for requests made after this period.
• JustVend reserves the right to deduct a 10% processing fee to prevent misuse of the booking process.

10. Customer Support:

Users can contact JustVend's helpline number during business hours or raise issues through the app's help section. The customer support team aims to respond to queries within 24 to 48 hours.

11. How JustVend Works:

• JustVend installs smart automated stores that dispense various products, including food and daily care items.
• The stores are IoT-enabled and operate exclusively through the official Android and iOS applications.
• Users authenticate using their Google or Apple accounts and grant location permissions to find nearby stores.

12. Payment Gateway:

JustVend utilizes the Razorpay payment gateway for secure transactions.

13. Limitation of Liability:

JustVend shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of the Platform, including but not limited to, lost profits, data loss, or business interruption. Users agree to indemnify and hold JustVend harmless from any claims arising out of their use of the Platform.

14. Disclaimers and Warranties:

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied. JustVend does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content on the Platform.

15. Governing Laws:

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

16. Changes to Your Terms:

JustVend reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Users will be notified of any changes to the Terms, and continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

17. Severability:

If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
